We encourage children to walk independently into school from Glynrosa Road gate.  Children should go directly into their classrooms when they arrive at school.  A member of staff is on duty at Glynrosa gate from 8.25am.

We strongly advise parents to please be mindful of our residents when driving your children to school. 

We have a ‘healthy snack only’ policy at break time. Children are encouraged to bring a piece of fruit to eat as their snack.

Children can either bring a packed lunch or they can go to Balcarras for a hot meal, accompanied by Charlton Kings Junior staff.

At the end of school day our staff bring out the children to the playground, and we encourage parents to walk onto site, to collect their child from the playground.  If arrangements for your child change at the end of the school day, and a different adult is due to collect them, then you must inform the school.
